Hypergammaglobulinaemic Purpura Associated with IgG Subclass Imbalance and Recurrent Infection

Abstract: We describe a child who initially presented with recurrent infections. He subsequently developed hypergammaglobulinemic purpura but responded well to corticosteroids and hydroxychloroquine.
