Hypercholesterolemia Risk Related to Consumption of Palm Oil Produced in Côte d’Ivoire

Abstract: The purpose of this work is to determine the consumption pattern estimated from quantity and frequency of consumption of palm oil produced in Côte d'Ivoire in order to assess risk of hypercholesterolemia related to these oils.
