Hypercalcemia in Primary Hyperparathyroidism with Manifestations of Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract: Background: Primary hyperparathyroidism can result in hypercalcemia and hypophosphatemia which can cause gastrointestinal symptoms, electrolyte disturbances, renal dysfunction, and acute pancreatitis.
