Listeria monocytogenes (Lm) is a foodborne pathogen that can lead to severe pregnancy outcomes. This study reports the clinical and genomic characteristics of a Listeria-mediated stillbirth identified through the Child Health and Mortality Prevention Surveillance (CHAMPS) project in Bangladesh.
