The article highlights the general and functional issues of socialization of the individual in educational institutions and educational structures of the state. The means of managing the directions of the acquisition of knowledge about the environment by young people and potentially useful skills in relation to the implementation of socially useful activities, the development of norms and value orientations of behavior, the potential opportunities for the inclusion of an individual in interaction are combined. The attention of pedagogical specialists is drawn to the existence of changes in the processes of upbringing, training and socialization of a person and their convergence, which is explained by the influence of market relations, individualization of relations and the introduction into circulation of the principles of pedagogical management and socialization. To improve the state of affairs, the tools for the development and socialization of the individual should be based on the program of youth policy. Its movement is recommended to be carried out in the network of benefit performances of youth startups, exchange of experience between regions, cells of scouts and scouts, laboratories of youth initiatives at youth centers, connected with the latest technologies, developed in the updated management system of state general education, vocational education, educational workers and scientific reproduction cells adapted to market demand. It is recommended to continue monitoring the psychological perception of the socialization process in terms of the totality of its forms and characteristics.

The article actualizes the problem of forming artistic and analytical skills of future Musical Art teachers by means of musical-performing interpretation and proves that the process of training a competent specialist in the field of music education is impossible without developing students’ artistic and analytical skills. On the other hand, the article substantiates the opinion about the significance of artistic and analytical skills as an indispensable factor in the processes of modeling musical-performing interpretation. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of scientific sources, it has been revealed that objectively there are contradictions of scientific and pedagogical nature – between the development of theoretical foundations of artistic interpretation in the field of musicology and musical performance and the lack of scientific research revealing the pedagogical aspects of this problem in the context of artistic and analytical skills formation. The specificity of musical-performing interpretation has been revealed, which is determined by its integrative nature, which is expressed by the unity of artistic and analytical skills of the performer. The authors have proposed their own definition of musical-performing interpretation as a creative and analytical activity of a musician to create the author’s performing interpretation of cultural meanings contained in a musical work. The content and component structure of future Musical Art teachers’ artistic and analytical skills are disclosed. It is proved that the process of formation of artistic and analytical skills during the musical-performing interpretation of the future Musical Art teacher has a systematic complex construction, where at the first stage artistic and analytical skills related to the theoretical-semantic component are formed, at the second stage – the artistic and analytical skills of the methodological-pedagogical component are involved, and at the final stage – the artistic-interpretive component was formed. The study has established that all components of artistic and analytical skills include the integrated formation of intellectual and emotional support, and all components of the intelligence and emotional sphere of the future Musical Art teacher become components of musical-performing interpretation.
Among dental diseases, periodontal diseases occupy a prominent place. The polyetiology and polypathogenicity of periodontal diseases are different in nature: pathological processes at the level of the whole organism, its cells and environments, periodontal tissues, biochemically reactive substrates. The significant impact of adverse environmental factors on the state of human organs and systems is confirmed by the tendency to increase the incidence of periodontal disease in industrialized countries, which in different age groups ranges from 80% to 100%. Pesticides are one of the most important factors determining the well-being and balance of the human-environment system today. This is due to their characteristics as chemical pollutants, which deliberately and purposefully contributes to the environment pollution. The main among these features are constant and excessive scattering over large areas; high biological activity on pets, as well as on humans and other living organisms; the ability to persist in the environment and circulate in its objects; metabolized in biological objects and transformed into the environment with the formation of more toxic and dangerous, compared to the original, compounds; the ability to cause the development of long-term effects. The group of risk of periodontal tissue diseases naturally includes employees of agricultural enterprises, who in the process of work are exposed to occupational pathogens of different nature, intensity and duration of action. Continuous intake of agro-industrial xenobiotics creates a chemical load, causes the occurrence of toxic hypoxia, anemia, imbalance in the immune system, promotes the activation of endogenous intoxication, which in turn is projected on the periodontal tissues, and disease of tooth-retaining tissues. The purpose of our research was to study the state of local immunity of the oral cavity in agro-industrial workers with generalized periodontitis under the influence of pesticides. Material and methods. To determine the changes in local immunity in the oral and gingival fluid we determined the concentrations of lysozyme, sIgA, IgA and IgG in 39 patients with generalized periodontitis who were not adversely affected by greenhouse factors (comparative group) and 81 agricultural workers (41 people in open (I main group) and 40 people in closed soils) II main group), exposed to pesticides). The obtained values were compared with data in 31 dentistically healthy people not in contact with pesticides (control group). Results and discussion. The obtained results showed that generalized periodontitis marked changes in the local immune mechanisms of the oral cavity. However, the most pronounced violations were observed in patients with generalized periodontitis working in closed and open soils under the influence of pesticides, and in subjects who were exposed to toxic effects of chemicals in closed soil, this trend was more intense. Conclusion. The study results proved that agro-industrial workers in contact with pesticides in open and closed soils have significant disturbances in the local immune system, which was characterized by a decrease in the levels of immunoglobulins A, G, sIgA and lysozyme in oral and gingival fluids
