Hygiene Knowledge and Practices of Portuguese Hunters Using Wild Boar Meat for Private Consumption

Abstract: The microbiological contamination of wild boar meat depends on the hygiene practices that hunters apply during its preparation, from the point of collection to its refrigeration.
