Abstract: Hydroxychloroquine and Chloroquine are commonly used for the treatment of malaria and autoimmune conditions.Most recently, hydroxychloroquine has been implicated in the treatment armamentarium of Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) caused by SARS-associated coronavirus-2.
