“…Additionally, the bending mode of water molecules is also observed at 1635 cm −1 . A strong vibrational band around 514 cm −1 corresponds to νNi‐OH vibration and that at 469 cm −1 corresponds to νNi−O stretching mode . These vibrational bands confirm that the as‐prepared Ni(OH) 2 and rGO−Ni(OH) 2 hybrid films are in β (brucite) form .…”

“…856 eV), indicating low valence of surface nickel, which may be because of the partial reduction of nickel ions. 23 In addition, some extra lines marked as satellite peaks (879.2 eV, 861.4 eV) around the Ni 2p 1/2 and Ni 2p 3/2 signals are also observed.…”

“…H ydrogen cyanide (HCN) is a highly volatile poisonous gas and is widely recognized as a toxic industrial chemical, 1 chemical warfare agent, 2 and hazardous gas. 3 Small amounts of gaseous HCN can be found in the human body due to endogenous biological processes and environmental exposure and can be detected from exhaled breath. 4 The median end-tidal mouth-exhaled HCN concentrations are typically within 5−15 ppbv while the nose-exhaled HCN are of 1−2 ppbv for healthy adults.…”
