“…But it needs much higher temperature, and the inhomogeneous chemical components and the multiphase of the sample usually cannot be avoided. However, for the advantages of the lower reaction temperature and simple apparatus, hydrothermal processes have been utilized to synthesize various oxides of high purity, narrow particle size distribution, high phase homogeneity, controlled particle morphology and a high degree of crystallinity [21][22][23]. The perovskite-type rare earth manganates have been obtained under hydrothermal conditions [24].…”

“…Different lead zirconate titanate compositions were synthesized by hydrothermal procedure. [7][8][9][10][11][12] The aim of the paper is to investigate ceramics with composition of Pb(Zr 0.52 Ti 0.48 ) 0.975 Nb 0.025 O 3 prepared from powders obtained by hydrothermal synthesis method. Dielectric and piezoelectric constants measured values were used as starting parameters to predict a possible application of the niobium doped PZT hydrothermal synthesised as sensor or as an actuator with ANSYS software package.…”

“…Figure 5 also shows decrease of c/a ratio which means that the tetragonality feature of the samples decreases by increasing Ni content. Characteristic peak of around 2θ = 31.46˚ and the splitted peaks (001/100) indicate the presence of tetragonal phase [12]. Figure 6 shows the porosity of the samples.…”
