Hydrosilylation of Carbonyl Compounds Catalyzed by Iridium(I) Complexes with (−)‐Menthol‐Based Phosphorus(III) Ligands

Abstract: Iridium(I) complexes with phosphorus(III) ligands possessing naturally occurring menthol unit(s) [IrCl(COD){PPh n (OMenth) 3-n }], n = 0,1,2 (C1-C3) were synthesized and fully characterized by 1 H, 13 C, 31 P NMR, FT-IR spectroscopic techniques and elemental and X-ray diffraction analysis.
