Hydrophilic polyphosphoester-conjugated fluorinated chlorin as an entirely biodegradable nano-photosensitizer for reliable and efficient photodynamic therapy

Abstract: An entirely biodegradable nano-photosensitizer platform (PPE-FP2) was fabricated to avoid residual nanoparticles, thus realizing reliable and effective photodynamic therapy.
