Hydromorphone Compared With Diacetylmorphine for Long-term Opioid Dependence

Abstract: IMPORTANCE Diacetylmorphine hydrochloride (the active ingredient in heroin), delivered under supervision, is effective for the treatment of severe opioid use disorder.
