Hydrology-mediated invasive macrophyte impacts on freshwater mussels in a hydropeaking reservoir

Abstract: Globally-threatened freshwater mussels belonging to the order Unionida (Bivalvia) may be adversely affected by dense beds of submerged macrophytes that modify habitat at the sediment-water interface.
