Hydrological Study of the Great Musaiyab Project Babylon Governorate in Middle of Iraq

Abstract:The research deals with the study of the hydrological properties of the water of the great Musaiyab. The chemical and physical properties of water showed that the electrical conductivity ranged between 1196-1250 μs/cm and the pH ranges between 6.44-7.46 with an average of 7.06, the TDS percentage ranged between720-914 ppm while the hardness values range between 420-576 ppm.
