Hydrogen Breath Tests: Are They Really Useful in the Nutritional Management of Digestive Disease?

Abstract: Background: Carbohydrate malabsorption is a frequent digestive problem associated with abdominal pain, bloating and diarrhea. Hydrogen breath testing (BT) represents the most reliable and validated diagnostic technique.
