Hydration Modulates G‐Protein‐Coupled Receptor Signaling

Abstract: Rhodopsin is the G‐protein‐coupled receptor (GPCR) responsible for scotopic vision in the retina. Up to this point, the role of water in the activation of GPCRs has remained largely unknown.
