Abstract:IntroductionPorcine factor (pF)VIII has low cross‐reactivity with anti‐human (h)FVIII inhibitor alloantibodies. Clinical trials of pFVIII in congenital haemophilia A patients with inhibitor (PwHA‐I) are in progress.
