Hybrid entrepreneurship: the importance of passion

Abstract: Purpose -Investigate motives behind individuals' choice to have parallel businessemployment careers (hybrid entrepreneurship) with a particular focus on passion (i.e., to work with something one is passionate about) as the main motive.
