Hybrid algorithm for predicting the temperature-variation-induced wavelength drift of DBR semiconductor lasers

Abstract: In this paper, a hybrid algorithm to predict the wavelength drift induced by ambient temperature variation in distributed Bragg reflector semiconductor lasers is proposed.
