Abstract:This chapter uses administrative register data to look at who is working in the Norwegian cleaning industry. The chapter presents an overview of the industry in Norway’s three largest cities and differences in the industry’s workforces in each city. As the cleaning industry is characterized by a large proportion of migrant employees, country of origin and reason for immigration are included.
