Abstract:The puerperium is a period of recovery starting from the completion of labor until the gynecological apparatus returns to its pre-pregnancy state. The duration of the postpartum period lasts for 6-8 weeks. The incidence of postpartum blues in Indonesia (2016) according to USAID (United States Agency for International) is 31 births per 1000 Indonesian population.
