Human Y‐chromosome SNP characterization by multiplex amplified product‐length polymorphism analysis

Abstract: We designed an allele-specific amplification protocol to optimize Y-chromosome SNP typing, which is an unavoidable step for defining the phylogenetic status of paternal lineages.
