Nowadays it is noticeable about home corporations that ensuring the contentment of employees is a real challenge for the managers, or better said, the sustenance of their motivations. The significance of this subject pertains to that theory, which expresses that performance is the multiplicational product of both motivation and capabilities (read more on this theory in for example Vroom 1968, Klein B. -Klein S. 2008. Namely, achieving outstanding organizational performance becomes possible only in those cases, when employees have a sufficient amount of motivation. Shaping up said motivation is greatly on the shoulders of the management, since if they can manage their underlings effectively, the organization may earn great success. The study presents the results of fresh research. I have conducted a survey about leaders of homeland financial institutions in order to obtain research information about the role of management in creating and maintaining motivation within the employees, and what is its coherence with the organizational performance. My subsequent examination consists of what factors induce contentment, and what causes discontent amongst the employees. I am searching for answers for these considerably complex questions. Based on theories of motivation and attitude, I conducted interviews, the results of which I attempt to summarize in this very study and collate it with the results of similar empirical researches. They have recognized that people are not simply mere work tools, but persons owning such great specialized knowledge, and without their satisfactory motivation, it is not possible for any organization to achieve long-term results (see also Mathur G. -Jugdev K. -T. S. Fung 2008 as an example). Namely, the development of one or two products cannot be considered as insurance of gaining a tenacious competitive advantage, if the corporation can not preserve their employees. Human trafficking is a growing public health crisis, one that is estimated to have affected at least 40.3 million people worldwide. Existing literature focuses on the lack of proficiency in identifying victims of trafficking by professionals in multiple frontline services, with a lack of focus on the psychological cost, to individual service providers, of providing aftercare to one of society's most vulnerable populations. This aftercare requires complex support delivered by specialist services that are routinely underfunded. Although existing research focuses on support and burnout in professionals within related settings, such as social workers and health-care providers, little focus has been given to the impact of supporting survivors of human trafficking. The current study conducted semistructured interviews with nine female volunteers at an antitrafficking charity to explore the effects of providing support to survivors of human trafficking. Participants held a variety of roles within the charity (e.g., counselor, senior caseworker, voluntary caseworker, local coordinator, team administrator, or community facilitator). A thematic analysis identified two main themes, with associated subthemes: first, the impact of working with survivors (burnout and vicarious trauma, privilege and awareness) and, following on from this, the methods used to manage this impact (boundaries, counseling, supervision, and team support). These findings provide important insight into the effects that supporting survivors of human trafficking have on service providers and highlight that there is still significant work to do in terms of providing appropriate support to those working with this extremely vulnerable population.

This phenomenological study examines therapists' experiences working with foreign-national survivors of sex-trafficking in the United States. Data collection started before the COVID-19 pandemic and additional questions, regarding the impact of the pandemic, were added to the protocol at interview no. 6. Based on in-depth semistructured interviews with 11 therapists, the impact that this work had on clinicians followed a U-shaped curve through which 6 predominant themes were identified including (a) the clinical experience of working with sex-trafficking survivors; (b) vicarious experiences; (c) connection between spirituality/religiosity and counseling; (d) the role of sociocultural identities; (e) identification of needs; and (f) the pandemic's influence on counseling and clients' lives. Findings suggest both challenges, such as vicarious traumatization, and opportunities for growth, such as vicarious resilience, for therapists in their work with sex-trafficking survivors. Suggestions for therapists to improve professional longevity were generated directly from the interviews and include an emphasis on continuing education and self-care. Implications for future research and service organizations are discussed.
