Human Resource Outsourcing and Skill Variety of Outsourced and Core Staff: Evidence from the Nigerian Banking Industry

Abstract: In Nigerian banking industry, Human Resource outsourcing has grown beyond the externalisation of auxiliary activities to include core activities.
