Human Resource Management Contributions to Knowledge Sharing for a Sustainability-Oriented Performance: A Mixed Methods Approach

Abstract: This research examines how internal and external Human Resource Management (HRM) contributes to Knowledge Sharing (KS) in order to reach Sustainability-Oriented Performance.
