Human Relations Training and Task-Orientation of Individuals

Abstract: The problem was to investigate the effect of human relations training on individuals' relation-orientation as measured by the Least Preferred Co-worker scale. Experimental and control groups were matched on sex and teaching experience. Both groups were administered the Least Preferred Co-worker scale at the beginning and end of the experiment.
