Human phenotype ontology annotation and cluster analysis for pulmonary atresia to unravel clinical outcomes

Abstract: BackgroundPulmonary atresia (PA) is a heterogeneous congenital heart defect and ventricular septal defect (VSD) is the most vital factor for the conventional classification of PA patients.
