Human Listeriosis Outbreaks Linked to Dairy Products in Europe

Abstract: Dairy products have been associated with approximately half of the reported listeriosis outbreaks in Europe. The listeriosis outbreaks have mostly been linked to consumption of raw milk or products made of unpasteurized milk.
