Human capital inflow in nonprofits: Entry‐level employees’ sector shift

Abstract: Although recruitment and retention of qualified employees are some of the biggest challenges in the nonprofit sector, nonprofit organizations must maintain human capital inflow due to its significant impacts on organizational success.
