Human Capital in Digital Economy: An Empirical Analysis of Central and Eastern European Countries from the European Union

Abstract: The hypercompetitive global economy of the 21st century is a hub of innovation, technology, talent, skills, speed, efficiency, productivity, and satisfaction.
