Huge Vulvar Lipoma and Uterine Fibroid: Concomitant female genital Mesenchymal Lesions at Different Sites

Abstract: Purpose Lipoma is the most second common mesenchymal tumor in the vulva. It is rarely seen at the Gynecological clinic. The site and its painless nature delay presentation. Surgical excision and cosmetic approximation of the skin is the treatment of choice. Methods We present a case of asymptomatic huge vulval lipoma in a 40-year-old woman with submucus uterine myoma.
