This study aimed to assess the efficacy of digital education programs in adolescent reproductive health. This study involved a narrative review that used sources from the databases of scientific journals (Elsevier, BMC, BMJ, SagePub, Taylor & Francis, and Scopus) for adolescents’ reproductive health, promotion, social media, health education, health reproduction, sexual health, digital era, cell phone, mHealth, mcare, eHealth, telemedicine, health services, adolescence, youth, young adults, and young adolescents. Of the 75 studies identified during the search, 21 were eligible for inclusion. Interventions regarding reproductive health for adolescents in the digital era are diverse and range from social media and healthcare applications to gaming models. Therefore, the success of a health intervention program depends strongly on government support. Some interventions involved in-depth preparations and included discussions with decision makers and relevant professionals. Others have pinpointed training to make most of the interactions with adolescents during reproductive health education. In a review of 21 studies, 90.4% showed an increase in knowledge, attitudes, or behavior toward providing reproductive health education to adolescents. Interventions in the digital era of adolescent reproductive health are diverse and range from social media and healthcare applications to gaming models. The range of interventions was diverse and wide as most studies in the literature presented very good quality and validated interventions. As information technology plays an integral role in the lives of adolescents, education that makes greater use of social media and gaming can be very effective.

Background; Adolescent Reproductive Health (15-24 years), 8% of young men agree to premarital sexual relations, and only 1% of young women. PKBI East Kalimantan (2008), among 300 adolescents (ages 13-20 years), 12% of respondents claimed to have had sex, 56% of them had sex like husband and wife, and most were high school / vocational high school students. Aim; The aim of this study was to determine the factors associated with premarital sexual behavior in high school students in Samarinda City. Research outputs can be: Modules, International Journals, Seminars, Flip sheets and Leaflets on Premarital Sexual Behavior in Adolescents, Method; The study used a cross sectional approach with a sample of 356 in 9 high schools and vocational schools in Samarinda, using the Slovin sample formula Results; 1) There is a significant relationship between attitude, religiosity, and parenting factors with premarital sexual behavior among high school students in the city of Samarinda. 2) There is no significant relationship between information source factors and premarital sexual behavior among high school students in Samarinda City. Conclusion; 1) It is very necessary to instill the values of good and positive attitudes for adolescents, especially in high school students as a reinforcement of premarital sexual understanding and its effects, 2) There needs to be an increase in fostering the appreciation and practice of religious values in schools and the implementation of religious obligations while at both at school and at home, 3) Open communication relations between parents and children are needed in order to implement good and democratic parenting.

Perilaku seksual yang tidak sehat di kalangan remaja khususnya remaja yang belum menikah cenderung meningkat. Hal ini terbukti dari beberapa hasil penelitian bahwa yang menunjukkan usia remaja ketika pertama kali mengadakan hubungan seksual aktif bervariasi antara usia 14-23 tahun dan usia terbanyak adalah antara 17-18 tahun. Pernikahan dini anak di bawah umur di Kabupaten Indramayu tinggi. Bahkan, setiap tahun tercatat ada ratusan anak dibawah umur yang menikah. Hal itu terungkap dari data perkara dispensasi kawin di Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Indrama-yu yang telah dikabulkan hakim sebanyak 173 perkara. Pada 2016, perkara dispensasi kawin yang diajukan ke Pen-gadilan Agama tersebut mencapai 350 perkara dan diputus sebanyak 324 perkara. Dari jumlah tersebut, yang dikabulkan majelis hakim ada 419 kasus. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi niatan siswa untuk mencegah perilaku seks bebas di SMK Negeri 1 Indramayu. Jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan rancang bangun cross sectional study. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Siswa/Siswi Kelas X Multi-media 3. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian yaitu sebanyak 43 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan melakukan wawancara langsung dengan responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian yaitu pengetahuan (ρ=0,002) dan penggunaan media (ρ=0,005) mempengaruhi niatan siswa mencegah perilaku seks bebas di SMK Negeri 1 Indramayu. Diharap-kan para siswa meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai pendidikan reproduksi remaja dengan bimbingan dari sekolah dan orang tua.
