Hubungan masa kerja bidan dengan kelengkapan pendokumentasian kartu ibu di kabupaten Pekalongan

Abstract

Latar belakang: Kartu ibu merupakan bentuk instrument pendokumentasian kesehatan ibu dan anak sebagai salah satu bentuk kinerja bidan dalam pelayanan. Kinerja bidan dalam pelayanan kesehatan sangat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah masa kerja. Tujuan penelitian: mengetahui hubungan masa kerja bidan dengan kelengkapan pendokumentasian kartu ibu. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan kuantitative non experiment. Populasi seluruh bidan di 27 puskesmas se Kabupaten Pekalongan pada tahun 2017. Jumlah sampel 67 bidan yang diambil dari 5 puskesmas dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji spearman rank. Hasil: terdapat hubungan masa kerja bidan dengan kelengkapan pendokumentasian kartu ibu (p=0.03). Saran: perlu motivasi dari dinas kesehatan pada bidan dengan masa kerja yang rendah untuk pendokumentasian kartu ibu secara lengkap Background: Mother's card is one's of maternal and child health recording which is of midwife's performance in service. The performance of midwives in health services is influenced by several factors, one of which is the period of work. The aim of study: to know the relationship between the midwife's working period and the completeness of the mother card's. Method: The research design is quantitative non-experiment. The population was all midwives in 27 Pekalongan District primary health centers in 2017. The sample was 67 midwives taken from 5 primary health centers with cluster random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Spearman rank test. Results: there is a relationship between the work period of the midwife and the complete documentation of the mother's card (p = 0.03). Suggestion: need motivation from the health office in midwives with a less work period to complete the mother card commenting.

Factors That Support The Completeness of Filling Out KIA Book (Mother and Child Health)
