Hubungan Asupan Zat Besi dan Usia Menarche dengan Kejadian Dismenore pada Remaja Putri

Abstract: Kesehatan reproduksi masa remaja berkaitan dengan kualitas manusia Indonesia di masa depan. WHO mengelompokkan masa remaja mulai dari usia 10 sampai 19 tahun. Pada masa ini terjadi perubahan yang berkaitan dengan pematangan seksual dan reproduksi pada remaja putri yaitu mengalami menstruasi. Masa remaja tak jarang mengalami nyeri menjelang dan saat menstruasi yang disebut dismenore.
