Clean living behavior and health in schools is a set of behaviors that are practiced by students, teachers and the school community based on awareness so that they are independently able to prevent disease, improve their health, and play an active role in creating a healthy environment. The purpose of this study was to analyzed the role of the school's health clinic teacher on a clean and healthy life behavior in elementary school students in South Ternate City. This research is pre-experimental with method one group pre-post test design. The unit of analysis in this study was all grade 4 and 5 elementary schools in South Ternate City, with a sample size of 269 students. The sampling technique is done by stratified random sampling. This analysis used paired sample t test. The results showed that the teacher's role in the respondent's knowledge (p=0,000) the attitude (p=0.000) and the skills of the respondent (p=0.002). This mean that there are significant differences between the pretest and posttest groups. The conclusion in this study is that there is an effect of the role of the teacher School's Health Clinic on clean and healthy behavior in students in the South Ternate City Elementary School.

Pregnant women who experience chronic energy deficiency (KEK) tend to give birth to LBW babies and have a greater risk of death. Objective: This study was to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of KEK in pregnant women. Methods: The study was conducted for 2 months, in 2020 at Anggaberi Health Center and Soropia Health Center in Konawe district. Design: cross sectional, quantitative data collection and secondary data. The research sample was pregnant women who were registered in the maternal cohort data, which were taken randomly as many as 115 people. Univariate data analysis was carried out descriptively to see the distribution of the values of the causal factors, bivariate analysis was carried out to analyze the relationship between the causal factors and the incidence of KEK through statistics, namely Chi-square test and cross tabulation with a significance value of 0.05. The results of the study found that the factors associated with the incidence of KEK were age (p-value = 0.000), education level (p-value = 0.000), employment status (p-value = 0.000), and pregnancy weight (p-value = 0.000 ). The incidence of KEK is more likely in mothers who have characteristics such as age < 20 years and > 35 years, low education, not working and low pregnant weight. Therefore, it is hoped that an increase in food security at the family level can be socialized through providing information to preconception women through counseling, flip-charts and posters.

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Salah satu program yang dapat digunakan untuk memampukan anggota keluarga dalam pelaksanaan PHBS adalah melalui program PHBS rumah tangga. Dengan program PHBS ini, keluarga akan turut berperan aktif pada gerakan kesehatan di masyarakat. Hasil survey berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surabaya tahun 2018 menunjukkan sebanyak 68,74% rumah tangga di Kota Surabaya telah menerapkan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), sedangkan target dari Kementrian Kesehatan sebanyak 70%. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan, dan sikap masyarakat di tatanan rumah tangga dalam menerapkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat sebagai salah satu upaya dalam peningkatan derajat kesehatan masyarakat.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik, desain yang digunakan adalah korelasional, dan pendekatan yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Januari 2020 di RW 9 Kelurahan Ujung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 0-24 bulan sebanyak 85 orang. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan metode simple random sampling yaitu sebanyak 71 orang. Pengetahuan dan sikap merupakan variabel independen, sedangkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat merupakan variabel dependen. Pengolahan data dapam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Spearman.Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa p value pada variabel pengetahuan adalah 0,000 < α (0,05) dengan correlation coefficient p=0,678, sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan dengan keeratan yang kuat antara pengetahuan dengan PHBS. Sedangkan p value pada variabel sikap adalah p 0,000<α (0,05) dengan correlation coefficient p=0,705 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan dengan keeratan yang kuat antara sikap dengan PHBS.Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan keluarga merupakan faktor utama pada penerapan PHBS di tatanan rumah tangga. Perlu adanya kerja sama antara lintas sektor untuk meningkatkan kegiatan penyuluhan dan emo demo guna meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat.Kata kunci: PHBS, perilaku, rumah tangga, pengetahuan, sikap
