HSQC‐NMR‐based profiling approaches for raffinose family oligosaccharides in pulses

Abstract: Background and Objectives: Due to insufficient resolution, 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy-based methods are limited to quantify carbohydrates.
