HRM Efficiency and Limitations for High-Throughput SSR Genotyping: A Case Study Using Grapevine Flavor-Linked Markers

Abstract: High resolution melting is a simple, efficient and cost-effective analysis, compared to alternative approaches used for SSR genotyping.
