HR Analytics- A Comparative Study on HRM Strategies

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effects of HR analytics tool used to assess human resource management practices. Design/Approach/Methodology:The study conducted with 175 HR professionals and the questionnaire was designed to collect the data and to solve the challenges. The relationship of the constructs was tested with Mean, Standard Deviation, Regression and Multiple Regression analysis.
