HPLC-FLD simultaneous determination of 13 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons: validation of an analytical procedure for soybean oils

Abstract: Um método usando cromatografia líquida de alta eficiência com detecção por fluorescência (HPLC-FLD) foi desenvolvido para a determinação simultânea de 13 hidrocarbonetos policíclicos aromáticos (HPAs) em óleos de soja.
