How would you respond to stereotype pressure? The effects of perceived occupational stigma on social workers’ proactive behavior in China

Abstract: PurposeThe purpose of this study is to explore a balanced understanding of the relationship between perceived occupational stigma and social workers’ proactive behaviors in China.
