How Work Environment and Rewards Affects the Employee Engagement

Abstract: Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of the work environment and reward on employee engagement at PT Futaba Industrial Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses quantitative descriptive research methods.
