Although there is a rich debate about entrepreneurship and its impact on economic development, much less is known about the actual levels of entrepreneurial activity. The main aim of the article is, thus, to map the level of entrepreneurial activity in the Czech Republic, its structure, and development during the years 2005–2017. The study is based on the secondary data obtained from national structural business statistics, the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, and the Labour Force Survey. The average rate of entrepreneurial activity in the Czech Republic was 15.2% of the economically active population aged 15–64 years during the analysed period. The activity is dominated by solo-self-employed workers (own-account workers). Job creators represent only 3.2% of the economically active population. Patterns and cohorts of entrepreneurs were identified regarding gender, age, and education. There were 2.5 times more self-employed males compared to females for the past years, and the proportion of job creators is also higher for males. The Czech job creators are on average older (mostly represented in age cohort 40–49 years) compared to solo-self-employed (mainly represented in age cohort 35–44 years) and they have obtained tertiary education to a larger extent. Classification and monitoring of the Czech entrepreneurial activity might serve as an overview for Czech policymakers and regional scholars. Especially from a job creation perspective, it might be very relevant to understand the characteristics of those individuals who employ other workers, aside from themselves. From an international perspective, this study might serve as an inspiration to shed more light on the national levels of entrepreneurship and self-employment.

In present-day society, government public service outsourcing has become an irreversible trend due to the gradually increasing public pursuit of service quality and efficiency. To better meet the needs of the public and effectively improve the quality of service, it has been a crucial issue for government departments to choose the most desirable one from a series of public service outsourcers (PSOs) with distinct characteristics. In this paper, to deal with such decision problems, we propose the improved elimination and choice translating reality (ELECTRE) II method with unknown weight information under the double hierarchy hesitant fuzzy linguistic (DHHFL) environment to accurately and effectively select the best PSO. Firstly, aiming at the shortcomings of the original comparison method for double hierarchy hesitant fuzzy linguistic elements (DHHFLEs), we define the hesitant deviation degree (HDD) for DHHFLEs and, based on this, further propose a new comparison method for comparing DHHFLEs more reasonably. Secondly, inspired by the classical power average (PA) operator proposed by Yager, a new method is introduced to determine the weights of experts with respect to each attribute, based on the support degree between attributes. Afterwards, an improved ELECTRE II method is proposed to address the problem of PSO selection. A numerical case about e-government outsourcer selection is given to demonstrate the enforceability of the method. Finally, comparisons between previous methods and our method are carried out to illustrate the effectiveness and strengths of the proposed method.Sustainability 2020, 12, 2315 2 of 34 harmonious relationships among the government, the PSOs, and the public through the intermediary of the supplier. That is, by outsourcing public services to the service suppliers, the government can enhance both the economic effectiveness and the public satisfaction in line with the service target.Driven by friendly policies, public service outsourcing has been rapidly promoted, and has gradually expanded from basic service areas, such as public infrastructure and solid waste management [9], to high-level public service areas, such as online IT service [10], energy supply [11], medical care [12], and social security [13]. As outsourced contractors, private organizations have the obligation to produce high-quality and efficient public services. The internal management level, scale, experience, and service capability of the contractor can directly determine the quality of public services, select the most efficient contractors, and standardize the contractors. When purchasing services and selecting the most appropriate service providers, the key to guaranteeing the quality of public services is to screen and inspect the service capabilities of contractors.Regarding different service outsourcing providers as alternatives and their performances as criteria, respectively, the public service outsourcer (PSO) selection issue can then be identified as a typical multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem [14]...

Islamic religious education is a compulsory subject for all students from all school levels in Indonesia, by the goals to promote the strength of belief, piety and noble morality, for being smart and competitive citizenship in the future. Religious competence isn't a main skill and expertise for commons students, because it isn't a profession except the students from religious education department that prepares the students for being religious teachers. Even so, it has a significance position to develop and maintain motivation, creativity and innovation, in facing the competition in the professional market. Moreover, nowadays, the world is facing a big problem with humanity as a result of industrial trend to optimise the position of Cyber Physical System (CPS), Internet of Thing (IoT), dan Internet of Service (IoS) in almost all production processes. So, Islamic religious education should extend the goals of learning process, not merely strengthening belief, piety and noble morality, but also openness, cross cultural relationship, and expanding the field of professional works, regional and global context. Along with it, Islamic religious education process also should upgrade the creativity and innovation competence for all the students through participative learning, problem solving, and project.
