How to Adjust to Organizational Culture in Virtual Structures: The Example of Turkish Organizations

Abstract: The main scientific purpose of the article is to present a pattern for creating mechanisms that allow members of virtual structures to adjust to the organizational-culture-conditioned ways other partners operate. Conceptual development and positioning of the research aim at providing a generalizable contribution to management science, at the same time being accessible to practitioners.
