How Software Agents Can Help to Coordinate Emergency Response Teams: Adaptive Team Performance Comparing Manual and Automated Team Communication

Abstract: In interprofessional emergency response teams, firefighters, police, and paramedics must communicate efficiently (i.e., request the correct expert) to avoid life-threatening consequences.
