How hybrid? Interethnic relationships within the self of Jewish Liberals in Tsarist Russia

Abstract: Ethnic/national hybridity can be defined as a combination of plural ethnic/national aspects within an individual's self. This article proposes five such types: fused, dissonant, alternating, contradictory and reciprocal.
