Abstract:This case report discusses a patient who presented with dyspnea and presyncope following the Valsalva maneuver. The patient had a history of chronic constipation and experienced difficulty defecating, leading to vigorous straining. Upon arrival at the emergency department, the patient exhibited signs of cardiac tamponade and computed tomography(CT) scan revealed high-density pericardial hemorrhagic effusion.
