How does organizational leadership contribute to the firm performance through social responsibility strategies?

Abstract: Despite the wide-ranging studies on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), firm performance, and Organizational Leadership (OL), there have been only a few studies examining the inter-relationship between them.
