This study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method of Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) to improve market growth in South Sulawesi, concentrating on the instance of PT MCM especially on Makassar Distribution Centre. The objective is to identify potential market development strategies and assess their viability and efficacy in attaining PT MCM's growth objectives. Additionally, the study evaluates the potential hazards and difficulties associated with implementing each alternative strategy. The research methodology entails collecting pertinent data and conducting interviews with key stakeholders in order to identify the critical factors influencing South Sulawesi market development. Financial, market development, human resources, and operations are the four primary dimensions that categorize these factors. The AHP method is then used to determine the relative weights and priorities of each criterion and alternative strategy through a thorough evaluation. On the basis of the findings, three alternative strategies are identified: Full Third-Party Distributor, Stand Still, and Invest in Makassar Branch Development. PT MCM's optimal strategy is determined to be the development of the Makassar Branch through investment, as determined by the evaluation procedure. This business solution highlights the significance of investing in HR development and control, expanding the number of potential customers, and enhancing brand equity as key priorities for the Makassar Branch's success. Preventive measures and contingency plans are proposed to address prospective threats and challenges. Among these are optimizing operational processes, controlling accounts receivable, implementing recruitment strategies, supplying training and resources, and conducting internal audits.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh makroekonomi dan kualitas kelembagaan terhadap perkembangan pasar sukuk. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Terdapat 18 artikel yang relevan mulai tahun 2012-2022 dari Google Scholar dan Scopus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel makroekonomi dan kualitas kelembagaan berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan pasar sukuk di berbagai negara. Pendekatan yang dominan digunakan adalah kuantitatif (Panel Regression Fixed Effect Model). Negara yang dominan dijadikan objek penelitian yaitu Malaysia, Saudi Arabia dan Bahrain. Meski demikian, ketersediaan kajian empiris terkait kualitas kelembagaan terhadap perkembangan pasar sukuk masih sedikit.

In the free flow of financial factors oriented to capital, returns will be accompanied by the concentration and diffusion of financial resources to form regional financial spatial differences, which is an objective phenomenon of regional financial practice. Localized regional financial risks may appear in the process of regional financial practice in each region. To address the abovementioned problems, we propose a model for regional financial risk analysis based on the DCN deep learning model. The main contents are as follows: elaborating the financial risk transmission mechanism involving intra- and interregional financial risks, sorting out the relationship between sectors as clues; the designing process of regional financial risk index as well as the measurement method, and the regional financial risk index for typical regions is measured and found to be at peak in 2017 with a risk index of 0.58; and the construction of an early warning model based on the value of the regional financial risk index and the expansion of the RNN network applied to the construction of the regional financial risk early warning system. Based on the construction of the RNN network application risk early warning system, the three types of risks, payment risk, loan loss risk, and market risk with the percentages of 49.62%, 26.82%, and 23.56%, respectively, are derived, and the focus is on their supervision and management in the follow-up work.
