From the environmental sustainability perspective, scholars have considered corporate social responsibility activities as an essential mechanism for enhancing enterprise performance and innovation outcomes. However, how and under what conditions corporate social responsibility activities influence green innovation performance in emerging economies is still unclear. From the perspective of the theory of planned behavior, we construct a theoretical model to assess how corporate social responsibility activities affect enterprises’ green innovation performance. Explicitly, we investigate the mediating and moderating effects of managerial environmental concern and green absorptive capacity on the relationship between corporate social responsibility activities and enterprises’ green innovation performance. This research relies on a sample of 358 enterprises from the manufacturing and service sectors in China, and uses regression analysis and bootstrap to test the hypotheses proposed. The empirical results demonstrate that (1) corporate social responsibility activities positively enhance enterprises’ green innovation performance; (2) corporate social responsibility activities have a positive influence on managerial environmental concern; (3) managerial environmental concern has a mediating role between corporate social responsibility activities and green innovation performance; (4) managerial environmental concern has a powerful influence on green innovation performance; (5) green absorptive capacity positively moderates the association between managerial environmental concern and green innovation performance. This research work proposes that managerial environmental concern and green absorptive capacity play a mediating and moderating function on the linkage amongst corporate social responsibility activities and green innovation performance.

The paper constructs an evaluation index system of China’s digital economy and rural revitalization development, including 46 indicators of digital economy and rural revitalization subsystem, and analyzes the impact of China’s digital economy on rural revitalization by combining spatial Markov analysis method and spatial econometric model, and finds that:① The spatial heterogeneity of rural revitalization pattern is obvious, and the difference between north and south is more prominent, and the spatial clustering characteristic of rural revitalization pattern The spatial clustering characteristics are obvious, and the degree of clustering decreases with the increase of the spatial distance threshold. ② Digital economic development can significantly promote the level of rural revitalization in the region, and this finding is found to be robust by introducing the exogenous policy shock test of the Outline of Digital Rural Development Strategy, and digital economic development has a significant spatial siphon effect and can influence the level of rural revitalization in neighboring regions. Considering spatial heterogeneity, the regression results based on the multi-distance economic circle show that the siphoning effect of digital economy on rural revitalization in other regions peaks at 700 km ③Main contribution: It reveals that implementing a differentiated digital economy development strategy and enhancing the radiation of polarized regions are important for reducing regional differences in digital economy and rural revitalization to realize the coordinated development of China’s digital countryside.

Marketing strategy plays a huge role in the quality functioning and development of any enterprise. Therefore, the finding of new methods for the development of marketing strategies always remains the relevant moment for both entrepreneurs and scientists. Since the agricultural and processing enterprises play the greatest role for Ukraine, it was decided to pay attention to the creation of marketing strategy specifically for these enterprises. Thus, the purpose of the work is to analyze an example of the development of a company's marketing strategy in the above-mentioned sectors, describe its advantages and disadvantages, as well as draw conclusions regarding the specifics of creating a marketing strategy in Ukraine. The analysis became the fundamental method for completing the research, considering a significant amount of data that needed interpretation, which were used for it. The features of the creation and implementation of the marketing strategy of the company “Myronivsky Hliboproduct” were analyzed. It was shown that the company focused on scaling (expansion to foreign markets), developing the company's innovativeness and achieving the goals of sustainable development. Its peculiarity is considered the special approaches to the formation of management structure, characterized by its complexity and autonomy, and a business model based on the greatest possible independence from external suppliers of goods and services (closed production cycle). It was shown that the Ukrainian approach to the creation of marketing strategy still had some differences from the European approach, since it was characterized by the higher level of aggressiveness in capturing markets and the lower level of enterprises’ innovativeness, which was offset by the lower prices for labor and raw materials. The work brings new knowledge regarding the specifics of running the marketing campaigns and creating the marketing strategies among Ukrainian companies, in particular in the agricultural sector
