Abstract: Laparoscopic floppy Nissen fundoplication (LFNF) is an effective treatment for gastroesophageal reflux disease. The duration of convalescence, after noncomplicated LFNF, may depend on several factors of which pain, fatigue and sociocultural factors are the most important.
